I hoped that Day 4 would bring us one meter of snow on the ground but no. Luckily we have some white outside since the weather has gone below zero and trees and grass have frost on them. :)
Day 4 brings us "Joyeux Noël" by MingiuStitch. This beautiful Christmas tree can be found on a site that has other freebies too. Click the picture to go to that website and the tree is about a half way down on the right.
I was thinking about roasting a whole frozen turkey for Christmas or New Years Eve. Do you have a good recipe for how to season the turkey? I've never done that before so I need advice. :)

You have to defrost it first lol. Never cook frozen birds lol.
If you put BBC good food magazine in your google box, you can find lots of turkey recipes on here. Personally, I just stuff the neck cavity, cover it in foil for all of the cooking time except the last hour. Then I remove the foil and baste it and leave it to get a nice crispy skin.
Good luck!
Yes, make sure that your bird is defrosted and not frozen. The way I season mine is: I salt, pepper, garlic powder and sage. Put lots on and then kind of rub it all in. I then take a package of thick beacon and put it all over the bird. Just line the beacon up over the top and even go into a second layer if need be. The more the better. Then I just cover it really well with tin foil and stick it in the over! That is that!
That is a gorgeous pattern, thanks for the link!
